Despacho blessings!!!  Today we have a partial solar eclipse with the Sun and Moon in sidereal Virgo in Uttaraphalguni nakshatra with Mercury in Hasta nakshatra and the south node Ketu in Leo - Purvaphalguni nakshatra with Venus in Magha. We are at the seasonal intersection where the light in the northerm hemisphere is dimming and calling us within.

Today is the last day of Pitru Paksha, a time for the ancestors in the Vedic traditions, and a good time to make offerings and prayers. Tomorrow is the fall equinox in the northern hemisphere and the start of the fall Navaratri, a time for the NavDurgas - forms of Devi that help us cleanse our inner channels and darkness in the Devi Mahatmyam. Despacho ceremonies are part of the Q’ero tradition where the divine feminine are called Nustas. In the liminal space of this changing season we offer our prayers to the Divine Feminine and our Ancestors.
