Guide for the Healing Journey Consultations

Guidance, recommendations and tools for the self-care and well-being journey based on my experiences through the years as a practitioner of Energy Medicine / Healing Arts / East Asian Medicine and life long student. 60 minutes

Channeled ~ Shamanic ~ Intuitive Energy Medicine

Channeling creates an energetic bridge where the channel works as a proxy for healing energies and non-physical beings to assist you where the work is needed in that moment. Shamanic Healing weaves together techniques and experiences I’ve learned through working with the Peruvian Q’ero Paqos lineage - descended from the Inka. Techniques may include journeying, energetic cleansing (limpia), illumination, energetic retrieval (soul retrieval), and tools learned through my experiences through the years.

At the beginning of each session we’ll discuss your intention for our work. Jenna will intuitively track which energetic interventions and tools are needed during the session. She senses the work that’s happening in the body and energetic field, and when the work is completed we’ll share in the post session integration. Personalized recommendations and self-care practices may also be shared with you according to the guidance of the session. Please allow yourself ample time after each session to rest, journal and integrate. 60 minutes

*Please note ~ Although very gentle, these sessions can feel very physical and powerful for some people. Some of your experience will depend on your sense orientation and sensitivity to energetic work. Additionally, although we talk and share prior to and at the end of the session, sessions can sometimes be very quiet at times because both the channel-proxy and participant may enter trance states.

Despacho Ceremony

Despachos are beautiful offerings built full of prayers and blessings. They come from the Q’ero tradition of Andean Peru. Despacho ceremonies can be done in person or over a distance for one person or for small groups. There are many different kinds of despachos. The flowers, leaves, candy, sugar, cookies, and other symbolic items hold our prayers and blessings. They hold our prayers for harmony, for healing, for the Earth and Cosmos, for Rites of Passage, for grieving and gratitude, for example. Traditionally, despachos are burned, buried or place in bodies of water to release the prayer offerings. Please allow yourself ample time afterwards to rest, journal and integrate.

Transformation and healing can happen in a moment, or over a longer period of time depending on the person and situation. Committing to multiple sessions allows for deepening into the process. This is especially important when working on transformation, chronic deep seated issues woven into the mind-body-spirit and long standing themes and patterns.
