INTUITIVE ENERGY MEDICINE
*Distance Healing ~ At the beginning of each session we’ll share in a heart to heart talk around your intention for our work together. The sacred space created during a session allows for deepening into a liminal space where you can connect more deeply with yourself, your inner medicine healer and support for your path. All sessions flow according to your intention and the practitioner (Jenna) as the intermediary for the work. Every session is unique to each person and moment in time.
After the session is finished, we’ll share again in the post-session integration. Personalized recommendations and self-care practices may also be shared with you according to the guidance of the session. Please allow yourself ample time afterwards to rest, journal and connect to your body and the Earth.
JYOTISHA VIDYA ~ VEDIC ASTROLOGY CONSULTATION
Jyotish can help us to gain insight, perspective and understanding into events in our lives and potentially navigate difficult times, significant experiences, cycles of change, and medical or health related challenges with more grounding and equanimity.
Sometimes we are led to Jyotish as a path towards understanding something significant that has happened or is happening in our lives. (That is how Jyotish came into my life initially.)
This reading focuses on the natal chart through cycles of time called Dashas (Vimshottari Dasha) and planetary and nodal transits through nakshatras.
JOURNEY WITHIN PACKAGE ~ 3 ENERGY MEDICINE SESSIONS‍
Transformation and healing can happen in a heartbeat, or over a longer period of time depending on the person and situation. Committing to multiple sessions allows for deepening into your process. This is especially important when working on long term shifts, chronic deep seated issues woven into the mind-body-spirit as well as long standing themes and patterns. Journeying within can lead you on paths to access your innate skills, internal navigation, inner medicine and resilience.
Packages are designed for those wanting to make a commitment to consistent sessions, personal practices and observation, homework, and journaling. Packages are recommended for those wishing to journey deeper into possibilities for lasting transformation. We recommend 4-6 weeks between each session to allow ample time for integration and self-care.

Ă‘USTA KARPAY ~ WORKING WITH FEMININE ENERGIES
Ñustas are feminine energies in the Andean Tradition connected with the Earth, waters, mountains and elements. They are deeply nurturing and powerful forces we can connect to and grow within us for our personal work and our work in the world. These 7 energetic initiations are transmissions shared through Q’ero elder Don Mariano Quispe Flores. Each ñusta rite plants an energetic seed that you are responsible for nurturing and growing within yourself over time. The Ñusta Karpay is open to all who wish to connect with, nourish and align and deepen your connection with feminine energies of the Earth.

GUIDE FOR THE JOURNEY
An open space for journeying, formal or informal questions, chats and discussions on any topic from self-care, well-being and so on. Journeywork sessions can offer additional support for our work together with energy medicine, ñusta karpay and a check-in for questions on things like self-care practices where we discuss a variety of tools and recommendations to help you on your path. 60 minutes
HAYWARISQA OFFERINGS
Haywarisqa is the Quechua word for an offering. Haywarisqas (called Despacho in Spanish, which means “package”) are beautiful prayer offerings that come from Andean Peru. They help us connect with sacred reverance and healing ways to the Earth, all beings, Stars, sacred energies and are offered to come into sacred harmonious reciprocity (Ayni) with creation.
The flowers, leaves, candy, sugar, cookies, and other symbolic items hold our prayers of gratitude, blessings, healing, coming into harmony and alignment with the Earth and Cosmos. Traditionally, they are burned, buried or place in bodies of water to release the prayer offerings. Haywarisqa for personal or small group work are available. Please allow yourself ample time afterwards to rest, journal and integrate.
