*One-on-One Online Distance Sessions ~ It is recommended that new clients begin with 3 sessions. Transformation, healing and evolution can happen in a heartbeat, or over a longer period of time depending on the person and situation. Committing to multiple sessions allows for deepening with your process of internalization, cultivation, consolidation and grounding through emergence. This is especially important when working on long term shifts, chronic deep seated issues woven into the mind-body-spirit as well as long-standing themes and patterns. This process can lead you on paths to access or deepen your innate skills, internal navigation, inner medicine and resilience.
Packages are designed for those wanting to make a commitment to consistent sessions, personal practices, observation, homework and journaling. Packages are recommended for those wishing to journey deeper into possibilities for lasting transformation. We recommend 4-6 weeks between each session to allow ample time for integration and self-care.

ÑUSTA QARPAY
Ñustas are feminine energies connected to waters and earth in the Andean tradition. The Ñustas are especially present in lakes, lagoons, rivers, waterfalls, specific mountains and sacred places of the Earth. The Ñusta Qarpay (rites or transmissions) are energetic seeds offered to awaken, nourish and connect us to vital feminine forces of nature and nurture a deeper connection to Nature. They can also help us with our personal path, work in the world and support well-being.
These energetic transmissions come from the traditions of the Q’ero Paqos (healers) of the Andes. Each ñusta rite plants an energetic seed, which you are responsible for nurturing and growing within yourself over time. The Ñusta Qarpay is open to all who wish to connect with, nourish, align and deepen your connection with feminine energies. Offered as one-on-one or in small groups, the Qarpays are given over a period of time to support your personal work with the ñustas and the integration of each energetic seed.
